		Competitiveness Strategy:
		Five More Years: (Cover Story on Vietnam's 10th Communist Party Congress), Vietnam Economic Times - No. 147 [2006-05-01]. Dr. Ford is interviewed and quoted here, along with Vietnam Communist Party Secretary General Nong Duc Manh, concerning the first 20 years of Vietnam's renovation policy and prospects for the next five years.
		Increasing Competitiveness in Bat Trang Village: A Case in Cluster Competitiveness. Roger H. Ford, Ph.D., Jennifer V. Herink, and, Tran Thu Hien. This report is a case study which explores the process of creating an industry cluster in a rural handicraft village in northern Vietnam. The case was prepared with funding from the United States Agency for International Development, and was used as part of a Competitiveness Education Workshop series for Vietnamese, Cambodian, and Thai business and economic faculty.
